Unsupported hardware is a breach waiting to happen.
EOL Tracking watches the end-of-support date of every switch, server, firewall and laptop in your fleet, and warns you months before a vendor pulls the plug. It tracks your software licence renewals on the same calendar.

Everything you need to answer one critical question
Which hardware is about to lose support, and which licence is about to lapse? EOL Tracking is built around those deadlines, not bolted onto an asset database.
Configurable early warnings
Assets flip to Warning before their EOL date (default 180 days, tunable from a week to two years), so you plan the refresh instead of firefighting it.
CSV + NetBox import
Bring a whole fleet in one paste. Known EOL dates fill in automatically.
Live fleet dashboard
Search, filter and sort. Statuses computed in real time on every load.
Licence renewals, not just hardware
Microsoft 365, firewall support contracts, backup licences: track seats, cost and renewal date alongside your fleet. Hardware reaches end of life once, a licence comes back every year, so one click on Renewed rolls the date forward by the term and re-arms the warning for the next cycle.
Alerts by email, Slack and Teams
Get a digest of expired and soon-to-expire assets by email, and pipe the same alerts into Slack or Microsoft Teams. Each alert fires once, and you can snooze what you have already handled. More on automated EOL alerts.
Secure accounts
Email verification, password reset, hashed credentials and brute-force protection as standard. No agents to deploy.
Three steps to a safer fleet
Register your assets
Add each device with its manufacturer, model, purchase date and vendor EOL date, one at a time or by CSV and NetBox import.
We watch the calendar
Every asset's status is evaluated continuously against its end-of-life date, with no manual date-chasing.
Act before it expires
Amber warnings give you a head start. Red means it is already overdue, and you knew months ago.
Find the end-of-life dates for the kit you actually run
Each guide explains how that vendor defines its milestones, where the official notices live, and the dates for the models people look up most. Sourced from vendor bulletins, never guessed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything on my devices?+
No. EOL Tracking is agentless by design. You register assets manually with their vendor-published end-of-life dates. Nothing touches your network.
What counts as a "Warning" status?+
Any asset whose end-of-life date is within your warning window (180 days by default), adjustable in Settings. Past the date it flips to Expired; everything else is Good.
How do I get notified?+
By email digest, and straight into Slack or Microsoft Teams via an incoming webhook. Each alert is sent once, and you can snooze an asset you have already handled so it stops nagging.
Can I import my existing asset list?+
Yes. Paste or upload a CSV, or a NetBox export, and we import your fleet in one go. You can export back to CSV any time for reporting or audits.
Can I track software licences too?+
Yes. Alongside hardware you can track licences and support contracts with their seats, cost and renewal date. They use the same warning window and the same email, Slack and Teams alerts. Marking one as renewed rolls the expiry date forward by its term and re-arms the alert for the next cycle.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe, and the self-serve portal lets you cancel, switch plans, or download invoices at any time. No emails, no phone calls.
Can I download my invoices?+
Yes. Every payment generates an invoice you can download as a PDF straight from the Invoices page in your account. They are also available in the Stripe billing portal.
Is there a limit on the number of assets?+
The Free plan tracks up to 5 records in total, counting hardware assets and licences together. The Monthly and Annual plans are unlimited, so you track ten laptops or ten thousand servers for the same price.
