EOL Tracking

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 12, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EOL Tracking (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", "our") and available at eoltracking.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EOL Tracking is a tool for recording IT hardware assets and tracking their end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) dates, with configurable warnings and optional email and Slack/Microsoft Teams notifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the decisions you make based on the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

The Service offers a free plan (limited to five assets) and paid plans (€20/month or €200/year for unlimited assets). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure; reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission; or upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the asset and account data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate and provide the Service (including sending notifications you configure). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), our email provider, the public endoflife.date API (used to suggest EOL dates from product names you enter), and any Slack/Microsoft Teams webhook you configure. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Accuracy of end-of-life information

EOL and EOS dates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, including where derived from third-party sources such as endoflife.date. The Service is an aid, not an authoritative source. You should verify critical dates against the vendor's official advisories and are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions (including sections 7–10) survive.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [Your Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
